NICAP reports on the 3 May 1975 Carlos Antonio de los Santos Montiel UFO encounter over the Ajusco mountain range (south of Mexico City):

The 3 disk shaped UFOs measured 3 metres in diameter, and 1.2 metres in height, Montiel reported.

Air Traffic Controller Julio Cesar Interian Diaz at Mexico City Benito Juárez International Airport confirmed that a mark on the radar screen moved rapidly away from Santos Montiel’s airplane, according to the APRO Bulletin UFO case report.
