On 3 March 2011, the UK MoD released a UFO file pertaining to UFO sightings over Dewsbury, UK on 2 February 1998, at 5:30 p.m., according to the Dewsbury Reporter:

The UFOs were also sighted over Manchester, Bradford and Leeds.

Dewsbury is situated 13 kilometres (8 miles) south of Leeds.
