El Tiempo presents a Peruvian Air Force document that reports on the 27 February 2019 Jorge Chávez International Airport UFO incident.

The below information comes from an 18 June 2019 CNN Español article (“La Fuerza Aérea de Perú confirma avistamiento de ovnis cerca del aeropuerto de Lima”):
Two UFOs were sighted and filmed very close to Lima’s Jorge Chávez International Airport on 27 February 2019, at 1:30 a.m.

In addition to that – the unknown objects were registered on radar by the Peruvian Corporation of Commercial Airports and Aviation Inc. (Corporación Peruana de Aeropuertos y Aviación Comercial) (CORPAC).

The crews on board two commercial airplanes (on the ground), Flight LANPERU 2437 and Flight LATAM ECUADOR 1442, also sighted the UFOs.

The UFOs were located 5 nautical miles away and at an approximate height of 2,400 meters.

The UFO incident lasted approximately 40 minutes.

The case has been verified by the Information and Aerospace Interests Directorate of Peru (Dirección de Información e Intereses Aeroespaciales) (DINAE) and Major General Robert Baxerias Vucanovich, Peruvian Air Force.

Marco A. Barraza is the case’s principal investigator, according to Major General Baxerias Vucanovich.
