UFO UpDates Facebook Post:
U.S. Government E-mail About AATIP,
Luis Elizondo and the Release of
the U.S. Navy UFO Videos

Swedish UFO researcher Roger Glassel presents an e-mail sent to him by U.S. Department of Defense spokesman Christopher Sherwood. Sherwood’s title is “Public Affairs Specialist at Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs,” according to his LinkedIn page.

In this e-mail Sherwood writes (not quoted verbatim):
1) The DoD always tries to identify all aircraft in United States’ operating environment.

2) The Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) pursued research and investigation into unidentified aerial phenomena.

3) Luis Elizondo worked for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (OUSDI), but had no responsibilities regarding the AATIP programme.

4) The three released U.S. Navy UFO videos were made releasable for research and analysis purposes by U.S. government agencies and DoD industry partners, and not for general public release.

My comments on the e-mail:
Sherwood does not provide information about what Elizondo’s OUSDI responsibilities were. Based on Elizondo’s revelations – there is no doubt that he has a lot of inside knowledge about the AATIP programme. How come he has obtained that information? And – isn’t Elizondo in legal jeopardy if he claims to have had a position within the DoD that he did not have? So – why hasn’t the U.S. Department of Defense reacted to Elizondo’s claims before?

And – the three U.S. Navy UFO videos were not supposed to be released to the public! Haven’t we seen this before? If it had not been for the efforts of Luis Elizondo and others – we would never have known about the videos. Kudos to them!
