The Making Contact Project presents an interview with

In
2013, DINAE (Dirección de Información e Intereses Aeroespaciales)
(Directorate of Information and Aerospace Interests), under the official
sponsorship of CONIDA (Comisión Nacional de Investigación y Desarrollo
Aeroespacial) (National Commission of Aerospace Investigation and Development)
and the Peruvian Air Force (FAP), decided to relaunch and reactivate the office
established in November 2001 under the name of Office of Investigation of
Anomalous Aerial Phenomena (Oficina de Investigación de Fenómenos Aéreos
Anómalos) (OIFAA). The name of the reactivated department is Department of
Investigation of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena (Departamento de Investigación de
Fenómenos Aéreos Anómalos) (DIFAA).
DINAE and DIFAA are under
the authority of the Peruvian Air Force.
