UFO Letter: Edward J. Ruppelt’s 13 February 1956 Letter To Max B. Miller

Edward J. Ruppelt was director of Project Blue Book from March 1952 until late 1953. Before that, he was director of Project Grudge from late 1951 until it became Project Blue Book in March 1952.

Project Blue Book ran until January 1970.

Ruppelt achieved the rank of Captain in the U.S. Air Force.

Max B. Miller was the founder of Flying Saucers International 
(Los Angeles, California) and editor of “Saucers,” the organisation’s magazine.
