The March 1966 Michigan UFO incidents were witnessed by many people. Among the witnesses were several police officers, NASA rocket technician William G. Kartlick (in Ann Arbor), Frank Mannor and his family (in Dexter), William Van Horn (Hillsdale County Civil Defense Director) and over eighty Hillsdale College coeds:
