“January 5, 1955 – A red circular object three meters in diameter was observed to land and take off again in San Sebastian, Spain. Three independent witnesses saw the object come to ground. They described it as a very bright red globe2.5
meters in diameter, which they thought was made of a
metallic material. When one witness approached to within 100 meters , the object
took off. The principal witness was a 23-year-old man named Galarraga.
