Five U.S. Air Force personnel, three
sergeants, a corporal and a private first class, sighted a circular shaped UFO
on 17 September 1950, at around 9:00 p.m., according to the Air Intelligence Information
Report (dated 20 September 1950):
Quote from the document:
“At approximately two (2) miles
northwest of the Base the object veered sharply to the right and then
disappeared from sight. No sound could be heard from this object. It appeared
to be approximately eight thousand (8,000) feet high.”
