“Unidentified Floating Objects”, 27 July 2010 (CNN)

CNN reports on two objects which were filmed near the International Space Station (ISS) on 27 July 2010:

The CNN reporters call both objects space debris.

The second object that CNN reports on (at 1:18 minutes into the video) cannot be space debris, since it pulsates.
