The two photos were taken in McMinnville, Oregon on 11 May 1950, at 7:30 p.m.

Thr rightful owners of the UFO photos, Linda Sayler and Tammie Gochenour, the daughters of Paul and Evelyn Trent, are trying to get the negatives returned from the McMinnville News-Register newspaper.
