Tyler Rogoway reports about the UFO incidents that
were experienced by U.S. Navy F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter pilots (the VFA-11
Red Rippers squadron) over the U.S. East Coast (from Virginia
to Florida )
from the summer of 2014 to March 2015.
The Red Rippers squadron is based out of Naval
Air St ation
Ocean a in Virginia Beach , Virginia .
The UFOs were sighted both visually and on radar during
training manoeuvres off the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt. The
unknown objects were first detected just after the Navy had upgraded the radar
systems on its F/A-18 jet fighters in 2014.
The New York Times (26 May 2019 article) interviewed
Lieutenant Ryan Graves, Lieutenant Danny Accoin and three other unnamed Super
Hornet fighter pilots about the UFO incidents.
For decades – people have seen unknown objects while
flying in military aircraft, Lieutenant Graves said in the interview.

The article focuses on the UFO incidents that were experienced
by U.S. Navy F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter pilots (the VFA-11 Red Rippers

According to Graves –
the UFOs showed up “at 30,00
feet , 20,000 feet and even sea level.” The unknown
objects “would accelerate, slow down and then hit hypersonic speeds.”
For decades – people have seen unknown objects while
flying in military aircraft, Lieutenant Graves said.

The TV report contains Sam Phillips’ UFO video. Phillips managed to film a self-luminous,
spherical shaped UFO that manoeuvred over the Key
Tower in central Cleveland , Ohio ,
during an Iraq War peace rally on 10 March 2007. He filmed the UFO for over
fifteen minutes.

The November 2004 USS Nimitz Carrier Strike Group 11
UFO incidents occurred about a hundred miles south west of San Diego , California .
The main UFO incident occurred on 14 November 2004 (Fravor and Slaight).
To my knowledge, seven U.S. Navy personnel, Kevin M.
Day, David Fravor, P. J. Hughes, Omar Lara, Jim Slaight, Jason Turner and Gary
Voorhis, have talked about the UFO incidents on the Internet.
Kevin M. Day was a radar operator aboard the USS
Princeton.
David Fravor, who chased the UFO (resembled a white
Tic Tac), was flying his F/A-18F
Super Hornet jet fighter.
At the time of the UFO incident, Fravor was the
commanding officer of the VFA-41 Black Aces, a U.S. Navy strike fighter
squadron.
Patrick J. Hughes was an aviation technician aboard
the USS Nimitz.
Omar Lara was a Flight Decker in Air Ops aboard the
USS Nimitz.
Lieutenant Commander (later Commander) Jim Slaight was the pilot of the second F/A-
Jason Turner was a Petty Officer Third Class (in
Supply) aboard the USS Princeton.
Gary Voorhis was a Fire Controlman Petty Officer Third
Class aboard the USS Princeton.
A large number of UFOs were recorded on radar on and
off for several days during the November 2004 U.S. Navy exercise, according to
USS Princeton radar operator Kevin M. Day.
Gary Voorhis experienced that the unknown objects
“zoomed around at ridiculous speeds and angles and trajectories,” and that “it
(the UFOs) was moving faster than our radar could register.”

in 1956.
Ruppelt was director of
Project Blue Book from March 1952 until late 1953. Before that, he was director

1952.

Stefan Michalak of Winnipeg ,
Canada , claimed he
encountered two UFOs while prospecting near Falcon Lake , Manitoba , Canada , on 20 May 1967, at 12:15
p.m.
One of the UFOs landed
about 160 feet
away from him. The door of the UFO opened. He approached the UFO and looked
inside. After a few moments the UFO started to rotate and something like an
exhaust vent was now in front of him. A blast of hot gas shot from the vent
onto his chest, setting his shirts on fire and causing him severe pain. Burn
marks in the shape of a grid were left on his chest. Michalak was hospitalised
after the incident.

that focuses on the 20 May 1967 (at 12:15 p.m.) Falcon Lake , Manitoba , Canada , UFO incident.

U.S. Department of Defense.
The November 2004 USS
Nimitz Carrier Strike Group 11 UFO incidents occurred about a hundred miles

military intelligence official, ran the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification
Program (AATIP) on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring from 2007 to 20012.
After 2012, Elizondo oversaw UFO work for five more years before resigning in
October 2017.
Elizondo is now the
Director of Global Security & Special Programs for the To The Stars Academy
of Arts & Science.
