UFO Incident Over Ireland
Source: Dublin
Aviation (YouTube channel)
At least three airline pilots reported sighting UFOs
over or off the south western coast of Ireland on 9 November 2018, at
approximately 6:47 a.m.
It is possible that the unknown objects could have
been debris from a meteor – but both the British Airways Boeing 787 pilot and
the Virgin Atlantic Boeing 747 pilot reported that the objects veered from
their path. In addition – the Virgin Atlantic pilot said that the objects
climbed away. Again, debris from a meteor neither veers from its path nor climbs
away after descending.
Video text:
“Air traffic control audio of a sighting of a very
bright object travelling rapidly across the sky above Ireland has
emerged. Numerous pilots in the airspace notified Shannon ATC about the
mysterious object. The Irish Aviation Authority said they are investigating the
incident.
Credit to www.liveatc.net for the audio.”
Quote from the audio (text):
“BAW94: Just two came up on our left hand side and
then rapidly veer to the north … we saw a bright light and then it disappeared
at a very high speed.
VIR76X: Virgin 76 I saw two bright lights, 11 o’clock,
seem to bank over to the right and then climb away at speed at least from our
perspective.
VIR76X: A meteor OR another object making some kind of
re-entry. Appears to be multiple objects following the same sort of trajectory
… very bright from where we were.
SNN ATC: OK, just so you know that other aircraft in
the air have also reported the same thing, so we’re going to have a look and
see.”

“Listen As Multiple Airline Pilots Report Very High-Speed Unidentified Objects Over Ireland (Updated)”
12 November 2018
(The Drive, U.S.A. )
At least three airline pilots reported sighting UFOs
over or off the south western coast of Ireland on 9 November 2018, at
approximately 6:47 a.m., according to the article.
A British Airways Boeing 787 (callsign: Speedbird 94) pilot
recounted that the two unknown objects were very bright. The UFOs had flown
along the left side of the 787 before veering to the north.
The pilot of a Virgin Atlantic Boeing 747 (callsign: Virgin
76) reported that two very bright objects went from 11 o’clock off the
airplane’s nose before climbing away at high speed.
A Norwegian Air Boeing 737 pilot also was involved in
the discussion.
Shortly after the UFO incidents had occurred,
“experts” were already talking about probable debris from a meteor. Some “experts,”
just like UFO debunkers, never take the time (or wish) to look at the evidence.
It is possible that the unknown objects could have
been debris from a meteor – but debris from a meteor neither veers from its
path nor climbs away after descending.

Focus On the April-June 1978 St. Charles County/
Lincoln County, Missouri, UFO Incidents and Cattle Mutilations
Sources: U.F.O. Newsclipping Service, Plumerville , Arkansas
and AFU.se
Many of the UFO incidents and cattle mutilations
occurred in the Elsberry area.
“Links UFO Sightings To Cattle Mutilations”
20 June 1978
(St. Louis
Post-Dispatch, Missouri )
Quote from the article (Page 18):
“Recent incidents of cattle mutilation and reported
sightings of UFOs have left Elsberry residents mystified and a little jittery.
Sam Mayes and Henry Hagemeier, two Elsberry farmers,
found cattle mutilated in fields on their farms Saturday. The incident is the
fourth in the area within the last two months.
Police Chief John Livengood said he believes the
mutilation is related to a reported UFO sighting in the area last weekend.
Water Superintendent Manford Hammond said he spotted a
large bright object ‘shaped like two saucers placed upside down on each other’
hovering above a wooded area southeast of town about 10:45 p.m. Sunday.
‘It was like something right out of a Buck Rogers
comic strip,’ Hammond
said. ‘It wasn’t an airplane, and it wasn’t a balloon; it wasn’t like anything
I’d ever seen.’
‘I think the mutilations and the sightings are too
much of a coincidence not to be related,’ Livengood said.
One farmer, who found a mutilated heifer June 8,
reported seeing lights in the sky near his property June 10, 11 and 12,
Livengood said.
Livengood said he had contacted UFO researchers in Chicago and St.
Louis to act as consultants in the police
investigation of both incidents. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department also
is conducting an investigation.
Livengood said similar incidents involving mutilation
and UFO sightings occurred three years ago in Foley , Mo. ,
about six miles south of Elsberry.
Livengood said he saw a UFO at that time.
Mrs. Hagemeier said there were no tracks in or out of
the field where the slain cattle were found. She said a grassy area surrounding
the carcasses ‘had been beaten down in a perfect circle.’
No cause of death had been determined for the
mutilated carcasses, which were all found within a four- to six-mile radius of
each other, spokesmen said.”

“Cattle mutilations, flying lights puzzle Missouri town”
21 June 1978
(St. Louis Globe-Democrat , Missouri )
Quote from the article (Page 19):
“The mysterious mutilations of five head of cattle on
four farms since April 26 and reports of strange lights have residents of this
farming town (Elsberry, Missouri) about 50 miles northwest of St.
Louis perplexed and frightened.
FARMERS AND LOCAL authorities aren’t certain about the
first two possibilities but not all believe the ‘clean, surgical-type cuts’
found on all of the animals was the work of scavengers.
No blood was found and no tracks, either human or
animal, were evident. Farmers interviewed said they have never seen anything
like it.
ONE CURIOSITY THAT is baffling authorities are tree
limbs taken from the site where the cow and calf were found. The limbs are
covered with hundreds of dead flies stuck or frozen in some manner to the
branches.
Since the first mutilated cow was found April 26 on
the farm of John Mayes, about one mile west of Elsberry, some residents of the
town claim they have seen strange orange balls of light and other moving lights
in the sky which alternate in color from blinking red to green to orange.
Forrest Gladney, a cattle farmer living 12 miles southwest of
Elsberry, found a 200-pound calf mutilated in a pasture about one-eight of a
mile behind his farmhouse June 8.
AGAIN THERE WERE no signs of blood, and buzzards and
other scavengers didn’t come near the carcass and the body ‘was still limber,’
the farmer noted.
Gladney, his wife Hazel, and 4-year-old daughter Judy
witnessed the appearance of strange lights about 9 p.m. Friday night ‘that were
not helicopters or airplanes,’ the farmer said.
‘The wife and girl saw them first. A big orange light
came from the north and went around to the south. Then there were two other
blinking lights that changed in color from red to green and orange. They sat
still for a while and then circled around before they sped off faster then a
jet. There was no sound,’ Gladney said.”

“Police Draw No Conclusions In Cattle Mutilation
Inquiry”
24 June 1978
(St. Louis Post-Dispatch,
Missouri )
Quote from the article (Page 17):
“St.
Charles County
sheriff’s deputies say they will keep an open mind in investigating what is
reported to be the fifth incident of cattle mutilation in the western part of
the county in two months.
Elsberry police and some residents have linked the
mutilations with reported UFO sightings in the area.
He (Sheriff’s Deputy Ray Runyon) said he could find no
evidence that vultures or other animals had been feeding on the carcass.”

“Elsberry residents looking to the skies for answer
to cattle mutilation mystery”
24-25 June 1978
(St. Louis Globe-Democrat , Missouri )
Quote from the article (Page 20):
“Miss (Ruth Ann) Lilley (Elsberrry resident) said her
German shepherd, ‘Sergeant,’ has been acting strangely for the last two months,
barking in the middle of the night ‘for no reason.’
‘I can’t get him to shut up, and he’s not a barking dog,’
she said.
RAY BURCHETTE said, ‘I’ve been around here since 1935
and I’ve never heard of anything like it. Some of the people are scared.’
Elsberry Police Chief John Livengood said he has
received nearly a dozen reports of UFO sightings since last Sunday night.
The most recent was Tuesday night, when Margaret
Watts, the editor of the Elsberry Democrat, said she and four other persons
spotted ‘an orange light about the size of a volleyball’ hovering west of town
about 10:30 p.m.
FOR THE LAST 70 or 80 years there have been reports of
cattle mutilations throughout the country, but in recent years the reports have
increased.”

UFO News Article:
“Mutilations – what’s the answer? -
Predators …or UFOs?”
2 November 1980
(The Greeley Daily
Tribune, Colorado )
Sources: U.F.O. Newsclipping Service, Plumerville , Arkansas
and AFU.se
Quote from the article (Page 19):
“The call comes into the sheriff’s office shortly
after 8 a .m.
on a bright, sunny, summer morning. The caller is a rancher from a remote part
of the county. He tells the sheriff or a member of the investigations
department of the sheriff’s office that he has just found a cow in a pasture a
mile or so away from the home headquarters of the ranch.
The cow has been mutilated.
That scene has been repeated thousands of times over
the past five to six years in at least 40 states and foreign countries,
according to David Perkins, director of Animal Mutilations Probe, based in
Farisita, about 20 miles
northwest of Walsenburg in south-central Colorado.
Perkins is one of a handful of private investigators
who has devoted countless hours in the investigation of the mysterious
circumstances surrounding mutilations. County sheriffs in most States west of
the Mississippi River have put in several hundred hours probing the incidets,
which usually involve a cow with part or all of the senses organs, i.e., an
eye, the tongue, and an ear, as well as the reproductive organs, missing.
Usually, there is no sign of struggle, the body will
be void of blood and there will be no blood where the animals have been cut.
And there are no tracks around the animal, other than its own.
Predators often don’t touch the carcass of the animal,
and, in some cases, the carcass seems to decompose much faster than what is
normal.
Evidence is scarce.
One outcome of the New Mexico
conference (a three-day convention in Albuquerque
in April 1979) was a $50,000 government grant to study mutilations. A retired
FBI investigator spent not quite a year investigating and determined that
animals died of natural causes. Predators were deemed responsible for the
disfigurations on the carcasses.
Perkins and (Tom) Adams
disputed the conclusion, suggesting instead that unidentified flying objects
are involved.
On the night of Aug. 21, 1975, officers from the Logan
County Sheriff’s Department spent more than five hours chasing unidentified
aircraft. The chase began when a helicopter sighting was reported at about 10
p.m. near Stoneham ,
in extreme eastern Weld.
During the next five hours reports of similar
sightings ranged from north of New Raymer, to Merino, Peetz, and Kimball and Bushnell , Neb.
The sightings finally died out early the morning of Aug. 22 near Carpenter, Wyo.
On Aug. 25, 1975, more ‘helicopter’ sightings were
reported and a mutilated yearling heifer was discovered in Adams County .
On Sept. 3, 1975, the Weld Sheriff’s Department
received a report of helicopter sightings northeast of Cornish and when
officers responded, at least five distinctive aircraft were sighted, with at
least two believed to be helicopters.
At approximately the same time, a New Raymer rancher
reported seeing a helicopter land in an arroyo on his ranch. The craft was
later seen taking off and leaving the area, flying in a northwest direction.
The next morning, Sept. 4, 1975, a mutilated heifer
was discovered near Briggsdale, just north of Cornish.”
The article also reports on the animal mutilation
investigation work of Dr. Henry Montheith, engineering physicist at Sandia
Labs, a government research area in New
Mexico . Montheith revealed that Soviet scientists had
queried him about his animal mutilation investigations.

Several UFO incidents were witnessed during the 1952
NATO military exercise, “Exercise Mainbrace” (also called “Operation Mainbrace”
by the U.S. DoD).
The locations of the military exercise were the North
Atlantic Ocean, GIUK Gap, Norwegian Sea, Barents Sea, North Sea, Jutland Peninsula
and Baltic Sea , according to Wikipedia.
Wikipedia article: “Exercise Mainbrace”:
Quote from the Wikipedia article:
“Exercise Mainbrace was the first large-scale
naval exercise undertaken by the newly established Allied Command Atlantic
(ACLANT), one of the two principal military commands of the North Atlantic
Treaty Organization (NATO). It was part of a series of NATO exercises jointly
commanded by Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic Admiral Lynde D. McCormick, USN,
and Supreme Allied Commander Europe General Matthew B. Ridgeway, U.S. Army,
during the Fall of 1952 (14-25 September).”
