UFO Article (“News”):
“A Defining Moment in History”

20 September 2019
(To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science, Encinitas, California)

For the first time – the U.S. Navy has confirmed that the three U.S. government videos, FLIR1, Gimbal and GoFast, show unidentified aerial phenomena, the article reports.

The FLIR1 video was recorded on 14 November 2004 and the Gimbal and GoFast videos were recorded on 21 January 2015.

The November 2004 USS Nimitz Carrier Strike Group 11 UFO incidents occurred about a hundred miles south west of San Diego, California. The main UFO incident occurred on 14 November 2004 (David Fravor and Jim Slaight).

It was not Fravor who filmed the Tic Tac UFO. The UFO was filmed a while after Fravor’s incident.

David Fravor, who chased the UFO (resembled a white Tic Tac), was flying his F/A-18F Super Hornet jet fighter.

Lieutenant Commander (later Commander) Jim Slaight was the pilot of the second F/A-18F Super Hornet jet fighter.

It was the USS Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group 9 that held exercises approximately 100 miles east (JAX OPAREA), equidistant between Jacksonville, Florida, and Savannah, Georgia, in January 2015.

19 September 2019
(To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science, Encinitas, California)

The UFO documentary film TV series focus on the U.S. Department of Defense’s UFO programme, the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) (ran from 2007 to 2012).

The programme was run (from 2010) by Luis Elizondo, a military intelligence official, on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring. Elizondo is now the Director of Global Security & Special Programs for the To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science.

After 2012, Elizondo oversaw UFO work for five more years before resigning in October 2017.

UFO Paper:
“Estimating Flight Characteristics of
Anomalous Unidentified Aerial Vehicles”

Published: 25 September 2019
By Kevin H. Knuth, Robert M. Powell and Peter A. Reali
(Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU), U.S.A.)

The paper investigates three UFO incidents: the 9 February 1951 Lieutenant Graham Bethune, U.S. Navy (off Newfoundland, Canada) (according to NICAP.org), 17 November 1986 North East Alaska (Japan Airlines (JAL) Flight 1628) and 14 November 2004 (USS Nimitz) Tic Tac cases.

Quote from the 11 October 2019 De Void (Billy Cox) article,
“Let’s see them equations”:
“ ‘Flight Characteristics’ takes three incidents – the Tic Tac, a 1951 sighting by Navy Lt. Graham Bethune near Nova Scotia, the 1986 Japan Air Lines Flight 1628 – and ties them together with these threads: ‘multiple professional witnesses observing the UAV in multiple modalities (including sight, radar, infrared imaging, etc.),’ in which each incident produces ‘sufficient information to estimate kinetic qualities such as speeds and accelerations.’

‘Assuming that any one of these cases we examine is based on accurate reports,’ they add, ‘we show that the UAVs exhibit unreasonably high accelerations ranging from 100 g to well over 5,000 g.’ Not very sporting odds for a dogfight. The authors tell readers that ‘humans can endure up to 45 g for 0.044 seconds with no injurious or debilitating effects.’ Meaning: attempt those moves and you’re soup in a can.”

UFO Article (Blog):
“Argentina: Anomalous Object
in the Skies of Argentina”

30 September 2019
(Inexplicata.blogspot.com)

Inexplicata reports on two UFO observations (of possibly the same object) that were made in Argentina on 26 September 2019.

The unknown objects were sighted from the city of Corrientes, Province of Corrientes, at around 6:50 a.m. and the locality of Campana, Province of Buenos Aires, at around 11:30 a.m.

The Campana witness said the object was static, white in colour, elongated like a cigar, flew very high and in an area that is not normally flown over by airplanes and helicopters.

After a preliminary analysis, the presence of aerostatic balloons has been dismissed, according to Inexplicata.

The photo of the UFO appears to show an elongated, cylindrical shaped object.

UFO News Article (Blog):
“Let’s see them equations”

By Billy Cox, 11 October 2019
(De Void, Sarasota Herald-Tribune, Florida)

In this article, Billy Cox reports on the two U.S. Navy USO incidents recounted by David Fravor during The Joe Rogan Experience podcast (realtvufos.blogspot.com) and the 25 April 2013 Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, UFO/USO incident. Both USO incidents recounted by Fravor probably occurred off Puerto Rico.

He also writes about the two Scientific Coalition for Ufology
(now called Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies) papers, “2013 Aguadilla Puerto Rico UAP” and “A Forensic Analysis of Navy Carrier Strike Group Eleven’s Encounter with an Anomalous Aerial Vehicle” and a new SCU report called “Estimating Flight Characteristics of Anomalous Unidentified Aerial Vehicles.”

Quote from the article:
“ ‘Flight Characteristics’ takes three incidents – the Tic Tac, a 1951 sighting by Navy Lt. Wikipedia article: “Minot Air Force Base”:

Quote from the Wikipedia article:
Minot Air Force Base (IATA: MIB, ICAO: KMIB, FAA LID: MIB) is a U.S. Air Force installation in Ward County, North Dakota, 13 miles (20 km) north of the city of Minot via U.S. 83. In the 2010 census, the base was counted as a CDP with a total population of 5,521, down from 7,599 in 2000. Minot AFB is the home of two major wings: the 5th Bomb Wing and 91st Missile Wing, both of the Global Strike Command (AFGSC).

Originally opened in 1957 as an Air Defense Command (ADC) base, Minot AFB became a major Strategic Air Command (SAC) base in the early 1960s, with both nuclear-tipped intercontinental ballistic missiles and manned bombers and aerial refueling aircraft. When SAC was inactivated in 1992, the nuclear mission of the base was divided between two commands, with missiles going to the Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) and manned bombers to the Air Combat Command (ACC). With the establishment of the Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) in 2009, missiles and manned bombers (excluding the B-1 Lancer) were transferred from AFSPC and ACC to AFGSC in late 2009 and early 2010.[2]”
