3 December 1975, at 10:39 p.m., according to the article:

The UFO had red and bright, white lights and seemed to land in a field.

“Mrs. Aldrich’s report, Kindschi (Del Kindschi, public information officer of NORAD at Ent in Colorado) confirmed, had reached his desk.
‘NORAD doesn’t investigate UFO sightings,’ said Kindschi.
‘Since no radar track was shown, we wouldn’t investigate it further.’ ”
