“Three members of the Wynyard Aero Club claimed they
had seen a ‘flying saucer’ on Sunday (24 December 1950).
They said it was circling over Mt. Hicks
The members are Messrs. R. Dobson, P. Morris, and K.
Winter.
They said the saucer made no sound and left no vapor
trails.
They watched it for about three minutes.”
