Peruvian fighter pilot Lieutenant Oscar Alfonso Santa Maria Huertas (now Air Force Commander) had a dog-fight with a UFO over La Joya/Mariano Melgar Air Base, Arequipa, Peru, on 11 April 1980. Huertas fired on – and hit the UFO – but the bullets had no effect on the unknown object. Huertas flew a Sukhoi Su-22 fighter-bomber airplane.

TV UNSA is the TV channel of the National University of San Agustin (Univeridad Nacional de San Agustin), Arequipa, Peru.
