“A coastguard at Skagen, North
Jutland yesterday (22 November 1948) reported seeing a flying disc hurtling northwards
and leaving a white column of smoke behind it. He saw another and watched it
through binoculars.
The coastguard believes the objects were remotely
controlled rockets. The keeper of Skagen lighthouse and others also declared that
they saw the discs.”
