At least eight Frankfort, Indiana police officers sighted a UFO (that changed colours from red to green to white) in the vicinity of Kokomo, Indiana, according to The Rochester Sentinel:

The UFO was observed for three hours before it sped away.

The article doesn’t mention the date of the UFO sighting.
Kokomo is situated 38 kilometres (24 miles) north-east of Frankfort.
