9:00 p.m. PST. A bright object was first observed at the El Toro Marine Air Base by a tower operator who said it was at about 1000 feet over the field and moving in a westerly direction. The tower operator then ordered an all weather jet fighter which was coming in for a landing to make an investigation. The pilot, Major Harvey N. Patton and his radar operator Sgt. Rothblatt began to chase the object. Just before getting this message Patton had seen the object which was moving at various elevations and was amber. The Marine jet chased the object described as a round amber light for approximately 5 minutes until the jet ran low on fuel and was forced to turn back to the base. Major Patton said that during the chase his altitude ranged from 3,000 to 4,000 feet. At first Patton sighted an amber colored object and turned to pursue it. Patton picked up speed toward Newport Beach and at this time the object turned and swung northwest toward Long Beach. A few minutes later Edward S. Downs, Civil Aeronautics tower controller at the Long Beach Airport spotted what he described as a an orange object resembling a ball of fire at an altitude of several thousand feet near the airport. The object was traveling west out over the ocean. (Number of observers: Two in the air, (pilot and radar operator), and two tower controllers on the ground. Many others on the ground.)”

UFO Video Interview: “Tic Tac Witness Ryan Weigelt Interview”

“Meet navy vet AD1(AW) Ryan Weigelt. Ryan was present on the USS Princeton (CG-59) during the tic tac encounters of November, 2004. He was a helicopter maintenance training instructor. As a member of the squadron assigned to the ship with HSL-43 Detachment 5, the ‘Battlecats’, Ryan was a LPO or leading petty officer, training up to 20 people pre-deployment on the operations and maintenance of the SH-60B Seahawks. Ryan’s navy career spanned 15 years before he left the service in 2012. His extensive expertise in Sea Hawk system maintenance and operations covers all aspects of the anti-submarine helicopters. During the workups off San Diego, Ryan witnessed several very unusual events that lend credence to the reports from the other navy vets as told in the Nimitz Encounters documentary. Listen as Ryan recounts those events for the first time. I conducted this interview Friday October 11th. Ryan has provided me with his DD-214 Military Separation Papers and I have photo’s proving his navy career. He was an aviation machinists’ mate petty officer first class, anti-submarine warfare operator.”

The November 2004 USS Nimitz Carrier Strike Group 11 UFO incidents occurred about a hundred miles south west of San Diego, California. The main UFO incident occurred on 14 November 2004 (Fravor and Slaight).

To my knowledge, nine U.S. Navy personnel, Sean Cahill, Kevin M. Day, David Fravor, Patrick J. Hughes, Omar Lara, Jim Slaight, Jason Turner, Gary Voorhis and Ryan Weigelt, have talked about the UFO incidents on the Internet.

Sean Cahill was the Chief Master-at-Arms aboard the USS Princeton.

Kevin M. Day was a radar operator aboard the USS Princeton.

David Fravor, who chased the UFO (resembled a white Tic Tac), was flying his F/A-18F Super Hornet jet fighter. It was not Fravor who filmed the 14 November 2004 Tic Tac UFO. The UFO was filmed a while after Fravor’s incident.

At the time of the UFO incident, Fravor was the commanding officer of the VFA-41 Black Aces, a U.S. Navy strike fighter squadron.

P. J. Hughes was an aviation technician aboard the USS Nimitz.

Omar Lara was a Flight Decker in Air Ops aboard the USS Nimitz.

Lieutenant Commander (later Commander) Jim Slaight was the pilot of the second F/A-18F Super Hornet jet fighter.

Jason Turner was a Petty Officer Third Class (in Supply) aboard the USS Princeton.

Gary Voorhis was a Fire Controlman Petty Officer Third Class aboard the USS Princeton.

AD1(AW) Ryan Weigelt, Aviation Machinist’s Mate Petty Officer 1st Class, was present on the USS Princeton during the November 2004 UFO encounters.

A large number of UFOs were recorded on radar on and off for several days during the November 2004 U.S. Navy exercise, according to USS Princeton radar operator Kevin M. Day.

Gary Voorhis experienced that the unknown objects “zoomed around at ridiculous speeds and angles and trajectories,” and that “it (the UFOs) was moving faster than our radar could register.”

TV UFO Footage (NASA): 2 Unknown Objects Filmed From the ISS

The objects appear to move above the atmosphere.

I agree with the source of the footage, who writes that he does not believe that they are shooting stars. Shooting stars do not light up in outer space.

In my opinion – the objects are self-luminous – therefore they must be unidentified flying objects. Satellites are not self-luminous, for example. Satellites are illuminated by the Sun, and are visible from the ground, but, again, in my opinion – these objects are self-luminous. 

The validity of the footage cannot be questioned – since it comes from the International Space Station.

The unknown objects can be seen (repeated footage) at 0:18 (right side of the screen), 0:40, 0:58, 1:04 and 1:38.

It is not known when the footage was recorded.

“Marit Semeleng from Valdres, Norway, experienced something strange on a berry picking trip together with her husband in the autumn of 1983. She saw and photographed a bin-like object in the sky before it suddenly disappeared after only 5-6 seconds.

A flying ‘trash bin’?

13 years ago, Marit Semeleng, who was then 66 years old, saw a strange phenomenon. Together with her husband, she was on a berry picking trip in the Valdres Mountains. She had just taken some photos with a camera (Kodak 224 with fixed optics) she had brought with her on their trip, when she suddenly saw a glare over their heads. The object was as bright as the sun, and she reacted almost on reflex and took a photograph, before the object disappeared for good. It all happened so fast that her husband didn’t see anything.

The result of her fast reaction can be seen in the photo. The object in the photograph is hard to make sense of, perhaps, but the fact that she saw this object and then photographed it, is a strong argument for that this photo shows something quite extraordinary. It is natural to compare the photographed object with an old trash bin. In addition, one can see two strong light sources on the front of the object.

The negative disappeared at the Norwegian MoD

Some years after the experience, she sent the negative of the photograph to an official at the Fagernes Police Office, who in turn sent it to an official at the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Defence’s Defence Intelligence Service. The latter person had previously been a police officer and was a friend of the officials at the Fagernes Police Office.

The negative disappeared at the Ministry of Defence and has not yet been delivered back to Marit Semeleng (as of 1996). She received a letter from the MoD, where she was told that the object, which is shown in the photo, is a damage on the film.

But then why not return the negative to the owner? Marit Semeleng is after all the rightful owner of the photo and she had seen the object she had photographed.

UFO-Norge is at the moment trying to locate the negative and we will write more about this story in number 4.

Mysterious tracks

Marit Semeleng stood in the woods, with a strange feeling of having witnessed something unexplainable. She had seen something highly luminous, silent and very fast-flying. The colour was intensely white. Marit Semeleng doesn’t know of anyone else, who has witnessed the same as she did.

Someone discovered strange vehicle tracks in the area, where the photo was taken, even though it’s only possible to get there by walking. The vehicle tracks were found on stone surface in the area.”

My comment: As seen in the Espevær, Norway, UFO case (the MoD investigated the case) and in this UFO photograph/witness case, one can clearly see that the Royal Norwegian MoD has an interest in the UFO phenomenon and take the subject seriously.

NOTE: An object which was similar to the object photographed by Marit Semeleng – was allegedly seen in Maine, U.S.A., in 1982.

“A TV documentary film showed a short NASA video – which shows the International Space Station passing a UFO.

These four video freeze-frames show that the ISS passes very close to the unknown object. Just compare freeze-frames No. 1 and 4. See how much larger the UFO looks in No. 1 than in No. 4. This is proof that the UFO is very close to the ISS.

The documentary was shown on the German documentary film TV channel, N24.

A shorter version of this UFO footage (see the UFODI video) was shown on a U.S. TV channel (I believe it was CNN, but I could be wrong). See how fast the video cuts back to the TV studio after the UFO has entered the screen!

8:35 p.m. local. This is a very interesting close encounter and one of FUFOR’s top cases. And, this one may have a nuclear connection. A huge, gunmetal gray, football-shaped object that was rocking back and forth was first observed by five people. Then the object began moving; swinging one end toward the shore and descending. The witnesses became frightened, ran back to their car and fled. When they got home, the object was still visible from a window that faced the lake. The object moved out over the ice and continued to descend, with red and blue lights now flashing in sequence along its lower edge. At one point triangular objects darted around the parent craft, then headed east toward the Perry nuclear power plant. One witness called the Eastlake police to report a UFO, and was finally referred to the Coast Guard. Coast Guard personnel saw the object and reported that it appeared to be landing on the lake.”

Time not given. Two police officers saw a very large spinning oval-shaped UFO with flashing red and green lights around its circumference in the Rosehill area of Willenhall, England. It made no sound and flew off quickly toward the southeast. Two more cops saw the same or a similar UFO from Walsall. Their reports were sent to the Ministry of Defence. Former U.S. Navy pilot Brian Sinclair comments on the 2004 and 2015 U.S. Navy UFO videos.

The FLIR1 video was recorded on 14 November 2004 and the Gimbal and GoFast videos were recorded on 21 January 2015.

The November 2004 USS Nimitz Carrier Strike Group 11 UFO incidents occurred about a hundred miles south west of San Diego, California. The main UFO incident occurred on
14 November 2004 (David Fravor and Jim Slaight).

David Fravor, who chased the UFO (resembled a white Tic Tac), was flying his F/A-18F Super Hornet jet fighter. 

It was not Fravor who filmed the Tic Tac UFO. The UFO was filmed a while after Fravor’s incident.

Lieutenant Commander (later Commander) Jim Slaight was the pilot of the second F/A-18F Super Hornet jet fighter.

It was the USS Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group 9 that held exercises approximately 100 miles east (JAX OPAREA), equidistant between Jacksonville, Florida, and Savannah, Georgia, in January 2015.
