Luis Elizondo ran the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) from 2010 (according to Elizondo’s own words in the following video: youtube.com). AATIP ran from 2007 to 2012. After 2012, Elizondo oversaw UFO work for five more years before resigning from the U.S. Department of Defense in October 2017. Elizondo is now the Director of Global Security & Special Programs for the To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science.

“This is currently an 8-page chronology of UFO incidents and events for 1991. Our thanks for these chronologies must go to Richard Hall (the original 1991 chronology from UFOE II), Dan Wilson (archive researcher), and Jean Waskiewicz (online NICAP DBase [NSID]. You will note the many foreign reports that we are now being able to access. Our special thanks to Dan Wilson for getting those to us. As more come in, this page will be updated. Previous chronologies (1947 to 1969) involved the expertise of two other team members; Rebecca Wise (Project Blue Book Archive) and Brad Sparks (Comprehensive Catalog of Project Blue Book Unknowns). April 21, 1991; Heathrow Airport, London, UK

Alitalia Airlines MD-80 on final approach saw round object/missile cross its path, confirmed by radar (Volume II, The UFO Evidence, Section III).

June 8, 1991; Concepcion, Paraguay

Pilots encountered and radar tracked reddish oval object that paced a small aircraft and hovered above airport, E-M effects on plane (Volume II, The UFO Evidence, Section III).

Dec. 28, 1991; London, Ontario, Canada

12:40 AM. There was both airborne radar contact and visual confirmation of an echelon formation of three objects that flew over London, Ontario, Canada. The case is rated as a high reliability unknown by the Canadian UFO Survey group. (Source: Richard F. Haines, Project Delta: A Study of Multiple UFO, p. 192).”

Maussan presents two UFO videos from Puebla (state), Mexico. The UFOs were filmed in Metepec on 1 August 1991 and San Baltazar Atlimeyaya (located near Atlixco) on 15 September 1991.

The UFO which was filmed in San Baltazar Atlimeyaya looks similar to one of the triangular shaped UFOs which were filmed over Belgium in 1990. Tercer Milenio compares the two UFO videos in a split screen video.

The document deals with the 6 December 1950 (at 10:30 hours (a.m.)) U.S. East Coast unidentified aircraft alert incident. 40 unidentified aircraft were discovered by radar in the vicinity of Limestone, Maine.

“MEMORANDUM FOR THE SECRETARY OF DEFENSE

Attention: Colonel Krops

1. The ConAC Air Defense Controller notified Headquarters USAF Command Post that at 1030 hours a number of unidentified aircraft were approaching the northeast area of the United States and that there was no reason to believe the aircraft were friendly.

2. This information was further amplified at 1040 hours as follows. By radar contact it was determined that approximately 40 aircraft were in the flight at 32,000 feet, on a course of 200 degrees, in the vicinity of Limestone, Maine.

3. The emergency alert procedure went into effect immediately.

4. The Office of the President was notified. Brigadier General Landry returned the call and stated that the President had been notified and that:

a. All information in this matter was to be released by the Department of the Air Force.

b. Office of the President would release no information.

c. The substance of a and b above was to be passed to the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

5. At 1104 hours the ConAC Air Defense Controller stated that the original track had faded out and it appears that the flight as originally identified is a friendly flight.

6. ConAC took immediate action to dispatch interceptors on the initial contact.

Dec. 6, 1950; Northeast Area of the United States

10:30 a.m. For an hour the United States military was under a condition of national emergency. Two days later the FBI was informed that the Army’s Counter Intelligence Corps had been placed on Immediate High Alert for any information related to flying saucers. Were these two documented events related?”

Not only have the FBI and CIA investigated UFOs, but both agencies have actively tried to conceal this from the public. Dr. Bruce Maccabee, U.S. research physicist, joined George Knapp to discuss his study of FOIA releases and document leaks, which, when combined with evidence collected by Air Force Intelligence, prove that at least some UFOs are interplanetary craft, he believes. He learned the FBI vacillated on their responses to UFOs, at times claiming they were Soviet missiles, other times suggesting they were all explainable phenomena. Under Hoover, the FBI could be highly interested in Air Force UFO reports, going so far as to investigate military UFO witnesses, then at other periods showing no interest in the subject at all, Maccabee recounted.”

Hampton Roads, Virginia, UFO sightings can be traced as far back as 1813. A tavern owner in Portsmouth claimed to have sighted “a ball of fire” which manoeuvred over Norfolk County. He even sent a letter to former U.S. President Thomas Jefferson, where he told about the sighting, the Daily Press reports.
