“The oblong light in the upper right was snapped in this picture by Bill McFedries, the Pueblo photographer on one of his many visits to the San Luis valley. The light appeared in the Dry Lakes area, where there are miles of nothing but sand, chico and greasewood. In the background are the lights of Alamosa, Colorado.”
