MUFON reports on the 2020-2021 Senate
Intelligence Authorization Act.
In this report, Marco
Rubio, Acting Chairman of the Select Committee on Intelligence, instructs the
Director of National Intelligence (DNI), the Secretary of Defense and the heads
of other agencies to compile data on “unidentified aerial phenomena.”
The first sentence in
the report reads as follows:
“The Committee supports
the efforts of the Unidentified Aerial [Phenomena] Task Force at the Office of
Naval Intelligence to standardize collection and reporting on unidentified
aerial phenomenon, any links they have to adversarial foreign governments, and
the threat they pose to U.S.
