Symposium on Official and Scientific Investigations of UAP (UFOs):
Two government officials,
Xavier Passot (Director of GEIPAN, France) and José Patricio Lay Lagos (International Affairs Director
of CEFAA, Chile), as well as Major General Wilfried De Brouwer, Belgian Air
Force (Ret.) spoke at the Symposium.
The Symposium (held at the
Greensboro War Memorial Auditorium, Greensboro, North Carolina on 29 and 30
June 2013) was organised by Kent Senter, President of the Center for UFO
Research, Inc., Burlington, North Carolina.
