U.S. Government UFO Documents:
“FOIA Response: Elizondo AATIP Video Emails”

24 July 2017 - 24 August 2017
(U.S. Department of Defense, Washington, D.C.)

Sources: Roger Glassel (Sweden) and Silva Record (U.S.A.) (silvarecord.com)

After having submitted a FOIA request (on 26 March 2018)
relating to the U.S. Navy’s FLIR1, Gimbal and GoFast UFO videos –
Swedish UFO researcher Roger Glassel received the Luis Elizondo
AATIP video e-mails from the U.S. Department of Defense on
16 August 2019.

The e-mails (16 pages) were between Luis Elizondo (who then was Director, National Programs Special Management Staff, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence) and Michael C. Russo from the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review (DOPSR).

The three UFO videos were released by the DoD via the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review (DOPSR).

Luis Elizondo ran the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) from 2010 (according to Elizondo’s own words in the following video: youtube.com). AATIP ran from 2007 to 2012. After 2012, Elizondo oversaw UFO work for five more years before resigning from the U.S. Department of Defense in October 2017. Elizondo is now the Director of Global Security & Special Programs for the To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science.

Kudos to Luis Elizondo, Roger Glassel and Danny Silva for their excellent UFO research work.

“TELL OF STRANGE OBJECT”

7 November 1957
(Billings Gazette, Montana)

Source: ufonewspaper.blogspot.com

The whole article:
“A star-like object of many colors—escorted by about six tiny,
scarlet disks—glowed in the skies over Glendive Tuesday
(5 November 1957), a barber and other residents claimed
Wednesday.

The strange lights resembled a star but were much larger than an ordinary star, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Nielsen said.

The central object—longer than it was wide—had a yellowish, star-like glow. From each side at its lower ends, a greenish-glow was seen flashing on an angle. The center of the lower end was a fiery red, the Nielsens said.

There apparently were no vapor trails in the sky but the Nielsens and other Glendive residents claimed to have heard the sound of ‘motors,’ stemming, they believed, from the object.

The unidentified object and its escorts were visible for about 1½ hours before they seemed ‘to disintegrate high in the sky.’ ”

Quote from the article:
“As many of you know, I have long thought that the Levelland sightings of November 2/3, 1957, are among the best. There are multiple witnesses in multiple locations who reported their cars stopped and their lights dimmed at the close approach of a glowing red (and sometimes blue) egg-shaped craft.”

UFO Article (Blog):
“Major Tiger Joe Thompson, WW II UFO Witness”

2 August 2019
(The Saucers That Time Forgot, U.S.A.)

Curt Collins writes about the 1944 UFO sighting of U.S. Army Air Forces/Corps P-51 Mustang pilot Joe Thompson, Jr. (1919 - 2012) and his UFO lecturing work.

Thompson, Jr. was a WWII photo reconnaissance pilot.

Collins also presents several news articles.

Quote from the 30 October 1966 The Nashville Tennessean Magazine article, “Joe Thompson and the Foo-Fighters”:
“He and his wing man were on a mission over the Rhine Valley, photographing German troop movements, when he saw them.

‘We had made some pictures, and I was looking ahead to our next photo target,’ Thompson recalls, ‘when my wing man broke radio silence and said, ‘Bogeys at 9 o'clock!’ ’

(A bogey, in air force parlance, is an unidentified flying object — UFO — which could turn out to be either friendly or hostile.)

‘Off my wing, a little below us, in the direction of Cologne, I saw four or five objects that looked like silvery footballs,’ he says.

‘They didn’t seem to be moving. but they must have been, for they stayed even with us.

‘It flashed through my mind that they were something the Germans had put up there.”
