UFO News Article (Blog):
“NY Times is MIA”
By Billy Cox, 18 June 2018
(De Void, Sarasota Herald-Tribune , Florida )
Billy Cox reports about the testimonies of two new
U.S. Navy witnesses who observed UFO activity during the November 2004 USS
Nimitz Carrier Strike Group exercise (took place about a hundred miles south west of San Diego, California).
The witnesses were radar operator Kevin M. Day, former
Senior Chief Petty Officer aboard the USS Princeton, and Trevor, an E4 (Petty
Officer Third Class) Naval Operations Specialist aboard the USS Nimitz. Trevor
is real, according to UFO researcher Robert Powell.
In this article, he also asks why The New York Times
has not followed up on the 2004 USS Nimitz UFO case. In my opinion – one can
find the answer to that question by reading the late Terry Hansen’s book, The Missing Times: News Media Complicity in
the UFO Cover-up.

UFO Incident – Robert Salas”
Published: 17 June 2018

Source: OmniTalk Radio (YouTube channel)
Quote from the article, “The Science of UFOs”
“March 24, 1967 - Flight Security Controller, Oscar
Flight, near Roy, Montana to Lt. Robert Salas, Deputy Missile Crew Commander –
‘Sir, we are seeing some strange lights flying over the LCF. They are traveling
very fast across the sky, stopping on a dime and reversing course, making
ninety-degree turns, and making no engine noise. I don’t think they are
aircraft.’
This was the report I remember receiving from my
topside guard over fifty-one years ago. Anyone who has ever flown a high-speed
aircraft or has familiarity aircraft of any type would find this report
incredible. However, very similar observations have now been reported many
times by credible witnesses. We need to move on from being awed by the ‘lights
in the sky’ reflex. It may be time to try and attempt a scientific explanation
of the observable flight characteristics of UFOs.”
The radio show is hosted
by journalist and UFO researcher Giuliano Marinkovic.

UFO News Article:
“Mysterious Object Sighted In Canada”
13 April 1959
(Times Leader, The
Evening News, Wilkes-Barre ,
Pennsylvania )
Source:
ufonewspaper.blogspot.com
The whole article:
“A mysterious object was
sighted last night over the Royal Canadian Air Force base at nearby St. Hubert . Reports today said it also hovered for
several minutes over a playing field in Montreal ’s
North End.
Claude Mercier said he
and about 10 of his neighbors saw the object hovering over a park area at the
intersection of De Fleurinont and Garnier streets.
‘It looked like a big
round balloon, about 10 feet
in diameter, with a yellow light inside,’ said Mercier in an interview. ‘Fiery
sparks came from the underside of the object as it hovered over the field.
‘It was very low and it
appeared as though it was going to land. But after hanging in the air a few
minutes it took off, rising not vertically but at a slant and at a terrific
speed. Within two or three minutes we had lost sight of it on the horizon.’
As it rose, he said, the
yellow light inside the balloon seemed to go off.
He said the sighting was
made about 8 p.m., approximately at the same time as people in the suburbs of
the South Shore
opposite Montreal
were reporting a mysterious red light over the RCAF base.”

Ground Saucer Watch (GSW) used the Freedom of Information
Act (FOIA) to get the U.S.
government to release UFO documents. GSW managed to get hold of many important
UFO documents through the organisation’s lawsuits against the government. The
lawsuits were handled by lawyer Peter Gersten, according to the book, The UFO Cover-Up (written by Lawrence A.
Fawcett and Barry J. Greenwood).
The brothers William H. and J. A. Spaulding founded
Ground Saucer Watch in 1957.

The book was published by Llewellyn Publications in

UFO Book Segment:
“Green Fireballs: CENSORSHIP:
THE KIRTLAND FIREBALL CATALOG”
Source: UFOs and Government: A Historical
Inquiry
This very revealing book segment (Chapter 7, Pages
133-135) exposes U.S. Air Force UFO censorship.
The segment focuses on the “green fireball” incident
case reports that are contained in a 209-case (cases run from January 1946
through May 1950) catalogue that originated at New Mexico’s Kirtland Air Force
Base (17th District, Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI)). The U.S. Air Force entirely del eted two columns on the chart: “Reliability
of Observer” and “Evaluation.” The censorship was performed in the late 1970s,
according to the book!
The catalogue’s selection of conclusions are as
follows:
“1”
is “Green Fireball Phenomena,” “2”
is “Disk or Variation” (!) and “3”
is “Probable Meteor.”
The “Disk or Variation” conclusion is curious, the
book says—because during the Project Grudge era, “flying disks, or saucers,
officially did not exist.”
