UFO Web Page:
“Aerial Phenomena Studies”

By Martin Shough

British citizen Martin Shough is a NARCAP (narcap.org) Research Associate:

Quote from the web page:
“Channel Islands 2007
When an Aurigny Airlines pilot and several passengers saw what appeared to be two huge luminous cigars in the sky near Alderney in the Channel Islands the story immediately grabbed headlines in newspapers and TV shows around the world. Amid much unsound media speculation, Capt Ray Bowyer and the Jersey Air Traffic Control authorities agreed to work exclusively with a small group of respected UK investigators to study the cause. We were given access to radar video and the cooperation of ATC controllers and engineers. After months of work with the help of meteorologists and other expert consultants our 180-page report concluded that despite reasons to suspect an unusual atmospheric-optical phenomenon we were unable to conclusively explain what was seen.”

UFO Research Paper:
“A Study of the Lockheed Sightings”

By Martin Shough, July 2014
(PROJECT 1947, Canterbury, Connecticut)

Several technical experts observed a UFO over the Santa Barbara Channel area (Los Angeles, California) during a Lockheed WV-2 flight test on 16 December 1953:

Quote from the Wikipedia article, ‘List of reported UFO sightings’ (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_reported_UFO_sightings):
“Legendary Lockheed aircraft engineer Clarence ‘Kelly’ Johnson,
designer of the F-104, U-2, and SR-71, and his wife observed a
huge Flying Wing over the Pacific from the ground in Agoura.
Meanwhile, one of Johnsons flight test crews aboard an WV-2
(see EC-121) spotted the craft from Long Beach, California.
USAF (Project Blue Book) concluded these trained observers had
seen a lenticular cloud, even though Johnson considered and
ruled out that explanation.”

UFO Article:
“UFO Activity at Nuclear Weapons Sites:
Military Veterans’ Testimony Sought”

By Robert L. Hastings, 6 February 2016
(The UFO Chronicles, 9 February 2016)

Quote from the article:
“Since 1973, I have interviewed more than 150 U.S. military veterans regarding their nuclear weapons-related UFO experiences while in the service. Seven of those individuals participated in my UFOs and Nukes press conference in Washington D.C., on September 27, 2010.

Other veterans have appeared in my soon-to-be released documentary film, UFOs and Nukes: The Secret Link Revealed.

These persons’ testimony makes clear that UFOs have exhibited a longstanding and ongoing interest in American nuclear weapons sites—missile silos, bomb/warhead storage depots, ICBM and bomb-detonation test areas—extending from the late 1940s to the present day. Indeed, thousands of declassified U.S. Air Force, FBI and CIA documents confirm the reality of the situation.”

“New ‘UFOs and Nukes’ Film Trailer:
The Amazing Big Sur Incident”

By Robert L. Hastings, 31 January 2016
(The UFO Chronicles, 2 February 2016)

Quote from the article:
“I have recently begun to receive a steady stream of inquiries regarding my documentary film, UFOs and Nukes: The Secret Link Revealed, which was first publicized on the Coast to Coast AM radio show, over a year ago, and more recently at my website. The latter update noted that the film had finally been finished last summer and that efforts were/are currently underway to have it licensed-for-broadcast by one or more television networks. A five-minute trailer is available online.

Meanwhile, I offer here a second film trailer, inserted above, relating to the nearly unbelievable, still-Top Secret Big Sur UFO Incident. Two former U.S. Air Force officers—Drs. Robert Jacobs and Florenze Mansmann—have publicly discussed the inadvertent and totally unexpected filming of a UFO shooting down a dummy nuclear warhead in flight during a 1964 missile test at Vandenberg AFB, California. Private correspondence relating to the event, written years later, reveals the stunning details of the encounter.”

“Airline Pilots Protest U.S. Government Secrecy
on UFOs: the Big Story the Elite Media Buried”

By Robert L. Hastings, 3 January 2016
(The UFO Chronicles, 5 January 2016)

Quote from the article:
“On December 22, 1958, a New Jersey newspaper, the Newark Star-Ledger, published the startling article above.

The key passages follow here:
A group of more than 50 top commercial airline pilots, all veterans of more than 15 years with major companies, yesterday blasted as ‘bordering on the absolute ridiculous’ the Air Force policy of tight censorship, brush-off and denial in regard to unidentified flying objects—flying saucers.

One termed the Air Force policy ‘a lesson in lying, intrigue and the Big Brother attitude carried to the ultimate extreme.’ Each of the pilots has sighted at least one UFO, the majority several... ‘We are ordered to report all UFO sightings,’ said one, ‘but when we do, we are treated like incompetents and told to keep quiet...’ This pilot also pointed to a Joint Chiefs of Staff order giving top radio priority to UFO reports anywhere in the world and specifying that any pilot who fails to maintain absolute secrecy afterwards is subject to a maximum of ten years in jail and a fine of $10,000.’ ”

“Close encounters baffle UFO probers”

7 September 1979
(Beaver County Times, Beaver, Pennsylvania)

The article reports on the Val Johnson UFO incident.

Marshall County (Warren, Minnesota) Deputy Sheriff Val Johnson encountered a small UFO which damaged his car on 27 August 1979.

The incident occurred in the Red River Valley, an agricultural area in North West Minnesota near the North Dakota border.

Quote from the article:
“The Center for UFO Studies in Evanston, Ill., calls it the ‘most dramatic and exciting’ report yet.

A Warren, Minn., deputy sheriff reported a brilliant light attacked him on a country road last week – knocking him unconscious, burning his eyes, stopping his watch and damaging his car.”

Noted From Across Region”

(San Miguel Basin Forum, Nucla, Colorado)

Quote from the article:
“People saw it in Paradox, they saw it in Montrose, and people saw it in every area in between. ‘It,’ for lack of a better word was an unexplained bright light seen often in the early morning hours late last week. Rumor has it that it was a U.F.O.

‘Brandy (Nix) described it as a really bright light hovering in the sky and then going straight up until it disappeared,’ says (Jerry) Nix.”

UFO DNA UFO case report:
24 January 1967 20:10
Cromwell, Connecticut, USA

Quote from the UFO case report:
“20 people driving along I-91 spot 300 feet long low-flying cigar-shaped UFO with three red lights.Technical artist saw it up close, flying low over highway construction of new route 9. AF said was helicopters. Explanation: Aircraft.

At 8:10 p.m. Nicholas Rinaldi, a 37-year-old commercial artist, as well as 19 other people driving along Interstate 91 in Cromwell, Connecticut spotted a 300 foot long dark cigar-shaped object flying low over some highway construction on the new Route 9 interstate highway extension. Rinaldi drew a sketch of the object, which had three bright red lights, one at each end and one in the center. The UFO made a whirring sound. The total duration of the sighting, based upon the times reported by the independent witnesses, was 15 minutes. The Air Force attempted to explain the craft as a misidentified helicopter, based on the notion that a helicopter would have had three red running lights.”
