Quote from the document:
“Star-like object sighted on course of 140 deg from
Tampa. Color bluish red changing to white. About the size of a star but only
brighter. Altitude very high. Object picked up on Radar with a bearing of 055
deg at 34,000 ft .
Moved up and down but maintained same relative position.
Radar and visual targets were different locations and
the witness was requested to send additional information. No reply to this
request. Speculation on the limited data might indicate that the object viewed
visually was an a/c, but there is no confirming data. No attempt is made to
determine the radar sighting. In view of the limited data the case is listed as
insufficient data.”

pertain to the case.
