“FLYING SAUCER?—These pictures were taken by Warren Siegmond
from the roof of his Manhattan home May 15 (1955). Mr. Siegmond, a TV
technician, was ready to photograph Jeannine Bouiller of France when the model
gasped and pointed skyward. Mr. Siegmond noted the spherical object and made
several pictures before it disappeared. He served from 1943 to 1945 with an
anti-aircraft battalion in England. The pictures were first published by The
New York World-Telegram and Sun.”
The Pittsburgh Press presents two of
the UFO photographs. One of the photos seems to show that the UFO is
self-luminous.
