Luis Elizondo, an intelligence official, ran the U.S. Department of Defense UFO programme, the Advanced Aerospace (or Aviation) Threat Identification Program (ran from 2007 to 2012). He is now the Director of Global Security & Special Programs for the To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science.
