The report was found in a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) file belonging to The Black Vault (John Greenewald, Jr.).

The UFO incident was observed by a Cooper Nuclear Station security officer sometime in the late 1980s.

Cooper Nuclear Station is located near Brownville, Nebraska.

Redfern also writes about the animal mutilation investigations of Forrest S. Putman, FBI Special-Agent-in-Charge at Albuquerque, New Mexico and the then-retired FBI Special Agent Kenneth M. Rommel.

Valdez furnished research information to FBI’s office in Albuquerque, according to a document prepared by Putman.
