The U.S. Department of State document (dated 9 November 2005) read as follows:

“It is critical all embassy staff understand that they are not to discuss under any circumstance concerns DOD [U. S. Department of Defense] has with UFOs entering orbit, once again the seriousness of this matter cannot be overstated.”

The document was apparently sent to a diplomat that worked at the U.S. embassy in Kiev, Ukraine.

UFO News Article: “Montana Album: Police spot UFO”

The article reports on a 17 March 1967 Great Falls, Montana, UFO incident. The UFO was sighted by three sheriff’s deputies and several other people. The UFO hovered north and west of Gore Hill for a while before flying west and disappearing, according to Undersheriff Frank Takala. The UFO was yellow in colour and emitted a red glow from the top and bottom.

Gore Hill is a mountain in Great Falls, Montana.

The article also mentions that UFOs were sighted near Vaughn, Fort Benton and Choteau on Tuesday (probably 14 March 1967) night.
