Quote from the document:
“Bright star-like obj in sky appearing to rotate at estimated alt of 30,000'. Twin vapor trails. Observed several times on previous occasions. (Page 1)

ATIC Document 108383, 25 Feb 53, Flying Saucer

Hundreds of curious Borneans today cranned their necks to watch a bright star-like object which appeared to be rotating in the sky over the oil town of Seria, emitting twin jets of vapour. ‘Flying Saucer,’ said the spectators for want of a better explanation. They estimated its height at 30,000' and said it was visible for 40 minutes. Similar phenomena have been reported over Borneo several times recently.” (Page 2)

UFO News Article:
“Youth Says He Saw UFO Land”

19 July 1965
(The Spokesman-Review, Spokane, Washington)

The whole article:
“Latin Americans watched for flying saucers Sunday as reports of a landing spread across Latin America.

A youth was reported as saying he saw a four-legged object touch down for two minutes in broad daylight Saturday (17 July 1965) on a beach just across the River Plata in Uruguay.

He was quoted in Buenos Aires as saying the object shot skywards in a blinding flash after a tug hooted a siren.

One of several Uruguayans who claimed to have seen the object on Honda Beach said it had a circular center, with flattened, oval extensions on either side.

A Roman Catholic review, commenting on the recent spate of strange sightings in Latin America, said if there had been visitors from other worlds one could be glad that they did not appear to harbour sinister intentions.

The description by the Uruguayan tallied with a photograph published here on the front page on Sunday’s tabloid newspaper El Mundo. It was claimed to have been taken as an unidentified object hovered over a gas plant in the southern city of Bahia Blanca (Argentina).

El Mundo said it was submitting the negatives to local scientific authorities for study to dispel doubts and to further scientific investigation.

Meanwhile, new reports of sightings of unidentified flying objects over Buenos Aires during the night were received at newspaper offices, already deluged by reports of a widely seen phenomenon Friday night (16 July 1965).”

UFO News Article:
“UFO committee formed”

20 November 1978
(The Prescott Courier, Arizona)

The whole article:
“The Kuwait government is setting up a committee to investigate recent reports of unidentified flying objects over this Persian Gulf emirate.

Minister of State Abdul Aziz Hussein told reporters the committee will be made up of scientists, civil aviation officials and Interior Ministry representatives.

The most recent UFO report came from a seven-man repair crew at an oil field near the Iraqi border Nov. 10. The crew said ‘a cylindrical body much resembling a Boeing 747 jumbo jet with a red dome’ landed 250 yards from the oil field, stayed on the ground seven minutes and then took off silently.”
