U.S. Government UFO Document:

The message was sent from the U.S. Embassy in Rabat, Morocco to U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger:

UFOs were sighted over Agadir, the Marrakech area, Casablanca, Rabat, Kenitra and other areas in Morocco on 19 September 1976, between 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., according to the U.S. Embassy.

The majority of the UFO sightings occurred between 1:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m.

Several people sighted a fast-flying, cylindrical shaped UFO over Nome, Alaska on 14 February 1960, the St. Petersburg Times reports:
