In this announcement, the National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena (NARCAP) reports that it has signed an official research agreement (mid-December 2010) with the UAP research organisation of Chile, the Committee for the Study of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena (CEFAA):
