Webb, a truck driver, claimed he was attacked by a UFO while driving near Cape Girardeau, Missouri on 3 October 1973.

This UFO incident was investigated by Dr. Harley Rutledge.

Faye Seeley and Faye Hileman sighted a triangular shaped UFO during a road trip on 18 November 1973, at around 8:15 p.m., according to the article:

The women were driving between Buffalo, Texas and Rosebud, Texas at the time of the UFO sighting.

Rosebud is situated 47 kilometres (29 miles) west of Franklin, Texas (south of Waco).
