This Sightings episode reports on the U.S. Army Reserve UH-1H (Huey) helicopter crew that encountered a UFO over Mansfield, Ohio on 18 October 1973, at 11:05 p.m:

The crew members included Captain Lawrence J. Coyne (pilot), First Lieutenant Arrigo Jezzi, Sergeant John Healey and Sergeant Robert Yanacsek.

Lawrence J. Coyne achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

The episode was broadcast in the U.S. on 13 November 1994.
