The U.S. Army Reserve Helicopter Crew UFO Encounter, near Mansfield, Ohio, 18 October 1973, 11:05 p.m.

The U.S. Army Reserve UH-1H (Huey) helicopter crew of four who witnessed this UFO encounter was returning back to its base in Cleveland, Ohio from Columbus, Ohio on this night.

The crew members included Captain Lawrence J. Coyne (pilot), First Lieutenant Arrigo Jezzi, Sergeant John Healey and Sergeant Robert Yanacsek.
