Reinaldo Naves Rezende, employees of the “Fazenda Padrão”
farm, sighted a large (fifty metres in diameter), bright UFO on
23 November 2006, at 10:40 p.m., according to Jovem Sul TV:

The UFO had flashing red lights along the side, made no sound and left no marks on the ground, the video source reports.
The “Fazenda Padrão” farm is situated six kilometres from Chapadão do Sul, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.
